  • 2 (17 oz.) cans yams, drained
  • 1/2 c. Karo light syrup
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 c. half and half cream
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Place drained yams in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes. Place rest of ingredients in saucepan.

    Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Pour mixture over yams and bake 15 more minutes.
