  • 4 cup apple juice
  • 3/4 cup cinnamon heart candies
  • 1 packages 1 3/4 oz powdered pectin
  • 4 1/2 cup sugar

Directions

    in a large sauce pan bring juice, candy and pectin to a full rolling boil over high heat stirring constantly

    stir in sugar and bring back to a rolling boil, stir and boil for 2 minutes

    remove from heat, discard candies and skim off foam
  4. 4
    pour into sterilized1/2 pint jars, screw on lids and process 8 minutes in boiling water
