  • 1 (9-inch) chocolate crumb pie crust
  • 2 oz. peanuts, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. caramel syrup
  • 1 small pkg. sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
  • 2/3 c. nonfat dry milk
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. reduced calorie whipped topping

Directions

    Place 1/3 cup of peanuts evenly over bottom of pie crust. Drizzle 2 tablespoons caramel syrup over peanuts.

    Combine pudding mix, dry milk and water, using a wire whisk.

    Pour over peanuts. Chill about 2 hours.

    Spread whipped topping evenly over chilled pie.

    Sprinkle remaining peanuts over topping.

    Drizzle remaining 1 tablespoon caramel syrup over
