- 1 1/2 c. sugar (white)
- 2 1/2 c. nut halves (walnuts or pecans)
- 1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1In a heavy 2-quart saucepan, bring sugar, sour cream or yogurt and oleo to a boil.

2Cook to a soft ball stage, stirring occasionally.

3Remove from heat and add vanilla and cinnamon. Stir until mixture begins to thicken.

4Add nuts and stir until well coated.

5Turn out onto buttered cookie sheet.

6Separate into clusters, individual nuts or small pieces.

7Makes 1 1/2 pounds.
