Candy Coated Peanuts

   Put all

   ingredients in heavy frying pan and bring to a boil. Cook and stir until sugar melts and then gets dry again and coats peanuts.

   Spread peanuts on cookie sheet.

   Place in preheated oven (300°) and bake 15 minutes.

   Do not overcook!
