- 10 large potatoes
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- dash of garlic powder
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- milk (optional)
Directions

1Cook, drain and mash potatoes.

2Beat cream cheese until smooth.

3Add potatoes and all other ingredients and mix together thoroughly.

4If too thick, add a little milk and beat.

5Put into buttered 2-quart casserole dish.

6Dot top with butter.

7Cook, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350°.

8You can prepare beforehand and keep in refrigerator until ready to bake.
