- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. light corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. walnuts halves or pecan halves
Directions

1Combine sugar, sour cream and corn syrup in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

2Continue to cook over low heat to soft ball stage.

3Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.

4Cool to lukewarm, heating until mixture loses gloss. Add nuts quickly. Stir until coated.

5Spread on foil.

6Break apart when cool.
