- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 1/2 c. sliced apricots and juice
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Cook apricots, brown sugar, nutmeg, flour and cinnamon over moderate heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.

2Pour into pastry lined pie pan.

3Dot with 1/3 tablespoon butter.
