  • 2 gal. corn kernel
  • 1 tsp. sugar, per pint
  • 1 tsp. salt, per pint
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, per pint

Directions

    Place ingredients in pan with enough boiling water to cover. Bring to boil and while keeping the mixture at boiling temperature, pack loosely into jars.

    Process 4 hours in boiling water bath.
