  • 1 gal. cut up okra
  • water to cover
  • 4 Tbsp. salt (pickling salt) to 1 gal. okra
  • 8 Tbsp. white vinegar

Directions

    Bring to boil for 10 minutes.

    Pack in jars; seal.

    When you eat it, rinse off, drain and fry.
