  • 1 gal. snap beans
  • 1/2 gal. water
  • 1/4 c. canning salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar

Directions

    Bring water, salt, sugar and vinegar to a boil.

    Add beans. Let boil rapidly for 10 minutes.

    Put in hot jars and seal.

    You do not have to pressure cook.
