  • 34 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 12 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 12 teaspoon chili powder
  • 12 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 6 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 tomatoes, chopped

Directions

    Combine broth, potatoes, turmeric, chili powder and cumin in a large saucepan.

    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

    Add spinach and tomato, continue simmering till spinach is tender, 5 minutes.
