- 34 cup vegetable broth
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 12 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 12 teaspoon chili powder
- 12 teaspoon ground cumin
- 6 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 tomatoes, chopped
Directions

1Combine broth, potatoes, turmeric, chili powder and cumin in a large saucepan.

2Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

3Add spinach and tomato, continue simmering till spinach is tender, 5 minutes.

4Transfer to plates and serve.
