- 4 qt. sliced squash
- 6 medium onions, sliced
- 1/4 c. salt
- 3 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. turmeric powder
Directions

1In a pan, put squash, onions and salt.

2Cover with ice; let stand for 3 hours.

3Drain.

4Cook vinegar, sugar, seed and turmeric; bring to boil.

5Add squash; cook for 3 minutes.

6Put into jars and seal.
