  • 2 qt. fresh tomatoes, cut in chunks
  • 4 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 6 Tbsp. celery, chopped
  • 2 tsp. celery salt
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

    Mix all ingredients and pack into clean canning jars within 1/2 inch of top.

    Process in hot water bath for 55 minutes.
