  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
  • 3 cans (8 Oz. Each) Tomato Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter, For Topping
  • 6 Tablespoons Butter
  • 6 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Whipping Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons White Pepper

    Cook manicotti shells for 5 minutes, then drain and allow to cool.

    In a skillet, cook spinach just enough to remove excess moisture.

    Remove spinach from pan and add ground beef and onion.

    Brown; drain if necessary.

    Return spinach to pan, then add Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons of whipping cream, eggs, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper.
