  • 1 pound Ground Veal (or chicken or beef) cooked - 2 cups
  • 1/4 pound Ground Chicken cooked - 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese (cottage cheese)
  • 1/2 cup Spinach - Chopped cooked
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 4 cups Bechamel Sauce
  • 2 cups Tomato Sauce

Directions

    Combine meat, cottage cheese, spinach, egg, parmesan and nutmeg. Fill partly cooked canneloni tubes. Cover bottom of 9 x 13 pan with Bechamel Sauce. Place filled tubes in pan. Cover with additional bechamel/tomato sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan.
