  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can whole tomatoes, including juice
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 to 2/3 small bottle Tabasco sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • cracker crumbs
