  • 1 shallot, diced
  • 1 serrano chile pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp cilantro
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • lime avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
