- 1 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Wash beets.

2Leave about 4 inches of stem.

3Cook until tender. Drain.

4Peel.

5Peelings come off when run under cold water. (Wear plastic gloves to avoid staining hands.)

6Cut into slices or wedges.
