- 2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- sweet or hot peppers
- oil
Directions

1Bring first 4 ingredients to a rolling boil.

2Cut up your peppers in rings or slice them.

3Put in jars and cover with syrup and add 1 tablespoon oil to each quart of peppers; seal.

4Do not cold pack.
