Ingredients

  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can LeSueur peas (green garden peas)
  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can white Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can French cut string beans
  • 1 small jar diced pimento
  • 1 small can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 small green pepper, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c. vinegar

Directions

    Drain and combine first 5 ingredients.

    Add diced vegetables. Combine sugar, oil and vinegar; pour over vegetable mixture. Refrigerate overnight.

    Stir well before serving.
