  • 8 to 10 egg rolls
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 c. cabbage, shredded
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded pork
  • 1 c. raw shrimp
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 c. peanut oil

    Mix all ingredients together (except peanut oil).
