  • 2 tablespoons instant decaffeinated coffee
  • 23 cup boiling water
  • 1 quart low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • ground cinnamon (garnish)

Directions

    Dissolve coffee in boiling water, then slowly beat into frozen yogurt.

    If mixture is too soft, beat in additional frozen yogurt.

    Spoon into 4 coffee mugs and garnish with cinnamon.
