- 1 env. KNOX Unflavored Gelatine
- 1/2 cup brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, cooled
- 1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1-1/4 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided

1Sprinkle gelatine over coffee in small saucepan; let stand 1 min.

2Cook on low heat 2 min.

3or until gelatine is completely dissolved, stirring constantly.

4Place yogurt and sugar in blender; cover.

5Blend on high speed until smooth.

6Add gelatine mixture; cover.

7Blend well.

8Pour into medium bowl.

9Add 1 cup of the whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended.

10Spoon into five individual dessert dishes.

11Refrigerate at least 15 min.

12Top evenly with the remaining 1/4 cup whipped topping just before serving.

13Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.
