  • 24 NILLA Wafers, divided
  • 1/4 cup
  • 1 Tbsp. hot water
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided

    Chop 18 of the wafers coarsely; set aside.

    Set remaining 6 wafers aside for garnish.

    Dissolve flavored instant coffee in hot water in medium bowl.

    Gradually add milk, stirring until well blended.

    Add dry pudding mix.

    Beat with wire whisk 2 min.

    or until well blended.

    Gently stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping.

    Spoon half of the pudding mixture evenly into 6 dessert dishes; sprinkle with the chopped wafers.

    Top with remaining pudding mixture.

    Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.

    Top with the remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping and 6 reserved wafers just before serving.
