- 2 whole boned, skinless chicken breasts, halved
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. raisins or currants
- 1 (1 lb.) can crushed tomatoes
- salt, pepper and Accent (optional)
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions

1Rub the chicken with salt and pepper.

2Rub in Accent, if desired.

3Set aside.

4Mix rest of the ingredients in large saucepan and cook on low heat for about 30 minutes.

5Place chicken in a baking dish and pour rest of ingredients over chicken.

6Cover and cook in a 350° oven for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

7Uncover for last 15 minutes of cooking.
