- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (24 oz.) can V-8 juice or 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 small pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
Directions

1Cook chopped onion in a small amount of oil until yellow and soft.

2Add ground beef and cook, stirring, until chunks are gone and all pink has left meat.

3Add juice and soups; continue cooking, stirring constantly, until about boiling.

4Then add the frozen vegetables and simmer for about 10 minutes until vegetables are done.
