- 10 caramel candy or Carambars
- 1 cup milk
- 11/16 tablespoon butter
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 6 3/8 tablespoons flour
Directions

1Preheat oven to 410F

2In a saucepan on low heat, melt the candy, milk, and butter.

3In a bowl, combine the egg, egg yolk, and sugar.

4Add the flour and stir well.

5Add the melted candy mixture and mix well.

6Refrigerate overnight.

7The next day, divide the batter into fluted molds.

8Bake for 10 minutes at 410 F and then reduce the temperature to 350F and bake for another 30 minutes.
