  • 10 caramel candy or Carambars
  • 1 cup milk
  • 11/16 tablespoon butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 3/8 tablespoons flour

    Preheat oven to 410F

    In a saucepan on low heat, melt the candy, milk, and butter.

    In a bowl, combine the egg, egg yolk, and sugar.

    Add the flour and stir well.

    Add the melted candy mixture and mix well.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    The next day, divide the batter into fluted molds.

    Bake for 10 minutes at 410 F and then reduce the temperature to 350F and bake for another 30 minutes.
