Caramel Apples

  • 1 pkg. caramels (14 oz.)
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 6 medium or 8 small apples

Directions

    Melt caramels with water in a double boiler over low heat. Stir occasionally until sauce is smooth. Wash and dry apples. Insert a stick in stem end of each. Dip into hot caramel sauce or spoon it on until coated.

    Place on buttered wax paper. Chill until firm.
