- 5 to 6 medium apples
- 45 pieces caramels
- 2 Tbsp. water
- wooden sticks
Directions

1Wash and dry apples.

2In a small heavy saucepan ove low heat, melt caramels with water, stirring frequently until mixture is smooth.

3Place each apple into bowl, spooning mixture over apple until it is completely coated.

4Insert wooden stick into stem end and remove from bowl.

5Scrape excess coating from bottom of apple. Place apples in greased waxed paper and chill until set.
