- 32 caramels
- 3 tablespoons cream
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 34 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 34 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions

1Melt caramels, cream and butter in a double boiler.

2mix together: butter,flour,oatmeal,sugar, soda and salt mix well.

3Put 1/2 of this mixture in 9x13 pan and press down in pan; bake for 10 minutes @ 350.

4Remove from oven and pour caramel sauce over baked crust.

5Sprinkle with the remaining crumbs.

6Sprinkle chocolate chips over top and bake 15 minutes@ 350.
