Caramel Breakfast Ring

- 1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/4 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1 can refrigerator biscuits
Directions

1Place custard cup in center of a glass 1 1/4-quart casserole dish to form ring.

2Place brown sugar, butter and water in a glass measuring cup, heat for one minute in microwave.

3Stir ingredients and add nuts.

4Separate biscuits and cut into quarters with kitchen shears.

5Place in glass dish.

6Spoon caramel mixture over biscuits.

7Cook for 2 to 3 minutes in microwave, rotating halfway through cooking time.

8Rest for 2 to 3 minutes, covered with glass lid.

9Invert on a plate and serve while warm, pulling apart.

10May be baked in oven at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes until light brown.
