- 34 cup baking cocoa
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 14 cup milk
- 1 12 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts, divided
- 1 (14 ounce) package caramels
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar, cocoa, oil, eggs and milk.

3Combine the flour, salt and baking powder; add to egg mixture and mix until combined.

4Fold in chocolate chips and 1/2 cup walnuts.

5Spoon two-thirds of the batter into a greased 13-in.

10Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, heat the caramels and condensed milk over low heat until caramels are melted.
