- 14 oz. pkg. light caramel
- 1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 2/3 c. Pet milk
- 3/4 c. melted oleo
Directions

1Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Combine cake mix, 1/3 cup milk and the melted oleo in bowl; mix by hand.

3Spread 1/2 dough in cake pan; bake 6 minutes at 350°.

4Melt caramels with 1/3 cup milk in microwave.

5Sprinkle nuts and chips over baked crust with melted caramels.

6Crumb other half of cake mixture over caramels. Bake 15 to 18 minutes.

7Cool until warm.

8Cut in squares.
