- 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 1 jar caramel or butterscotch ice cream topping
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 3 Skor bars or Heath bars
Directions

1Bake cake according to package directions.

2Punch holes in cake with knife while cake is hot and pour condensed milk over cake, filling holes.

3Pour topping over cake as well.

4Chill cake, then ice with Cool Whip.

5Grate or crumble candy bars and sprinkle on top of Cool Whip.
