  • 1/2 c. rich milk
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 c. nuts

Directions

    Brown 1 cup sugar.

    Pour water over melted sugar and cook until it thickens. Add milk and other sugar to syrup. Cook to soft ball stage (234°).

    Pour into mixing bowl and add flavoring. Beat until creamy. Add nuts and drop.
