- pastry for 2 crust pie
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 6 Tbsp. oleo
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. cubed cooked chicken
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots, cooked and drained, or vegetables of your choice
Directions

1Cook onion in oleo until tender, but not brown.

2Blend in flour and salt.

3Add broth all at once.

4Cook and stir until thick and bubbly; add remaining ingredients.

5Heat until bubbling.

6Pour into baking dish, put pastry on top and cook in 350° oven for 40 to 45 minutes until crust is brown.
