- 2/3 c. caramel ice cream topping (Smucker's)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Butter 9-inch round cake pan.

2Pur topping into pan.

3In large bowl, beat cream cheese smooth.

4Add in sugar and vanilla.

5Add eggs one at a time, beating until smooth after each addition. Carefully pour cheese mixture over caramel topping.

6Set pan into a larger pan.

7Add 1/2 to 3/4 inch boiling water to large pan.

8Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.

9Then separate from pan with a knife onto serving plate.

10Cover and chill.
