- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. flavoring (vanilla or maple)
- 3 qt. popped corn
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients and place over medium heat.

2Bring to a boil and let boil 5 minutes.

3Remove from heat and add soda and flavoring.

4Pour over popped corn; stir to coat and spread on cookie sheet.

5Bake for 1 hour at 250°, stirring every 15 minutes.
