  • 7 1/2 qt. popped corn, unsalted (I always add more)
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. white syrup
  • 1 c. butter or oleo
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. flavoring (I use vanilla)
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Cook brown sugar, syrup, butter and salt at 245°.

    Boil for 5 minutes.

    Add flavoring and baking soda; beat.

    Pour over corn. Bake at 250° for 1 hour.

    Stir every 15 minutes.
