  • 8 to 9 qt. popped popcorn
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. soda

Directions

    Boil together the sugars, butter, salt and vanilla for 4 to 5 minutes (hard boil). Add the soda and stir.

    Pour over popped popcorn. Bake in oven at 250° for 1 hour. Keep stirring at times while in oven.
