- 7 to 8 qt. popped corn
- 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Boil corn syrup, brown sugar, butter and salt for 5 minutes. Take off stove; add baking soda and vanilla.

2Pour over popcorn and mix well.

3Spread into 2 (9 x 13-inch) pans.

4Bake for 1 hour at 225°, stirring every 15 minutes.
