- 6 qt. popped corn
- 2 c. light brown sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 c. corn syrup
- pinch of cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except for baking soda and popcorn.

2Boil for 5 minutes.

3Take off stove and add baking soda.

4Put over popcorn and stir to coat well.

5You can add peanuts to popcorn. Pour on cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour at 250°, stirring every 15 minutes.

6Cool and break into pieces.
