- 5 to 8 quarts popped popcorn
- 2 cubes butter or margarine
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. clear corn syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1In a large pot, melt butter, sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.

2Add baking soda and vanilla. Stir quickly.

3Pour over popcorn, coating well. Bake at 200° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
