- 6 to 8 qt. popped corn
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- pinch of salt
- pinch of cream of tartar
Directions

1Mix sugar, corn syrup and butter together; bring to a boil for 5 minutes.

2Remove from heat and add vanilla, salt and cream of tartar.

3Mix well.

4Quickly pour over corn.

5Mix well and put in greased roaster pan.

6(Do not cover.)

7Bake in 200° oven 1 hour. Stir 3 to 4 times during baking.
