- 1 c. popcorn (popped about 16 c.)
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. peanuts
Directions

1Place popped corn in large doubled brown paper bag.

2Combine sugar, syrup, butter and salt in bowl.

3Microwave on High 2 minutes, stir.

4Microwave 3 minutes, stir after each minute.

5Add vanilla and baking soda.

6Stir.

7Pour over popcorn in bag.

8Shake well.

9Microwave 1 minute.

10Repeat.

11Shake well.

12Microwave 30 seconds.

13Add peanuts, if desired.

14Repeat.

15Pour on foil or waxed paper to cool.

16Store in tight container.
