  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. Karo syrup
  • 2 cubes butter
  • 20 c. popped corn
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Melt and mix, then let it come to a little boil.

    Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla.

    Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda.

    Stir over popcorn.

    Put in oven at 225° for 1 hour, stirring every 10 minutes.

    Serves 4 or 5.

    Double for larger family.
