- 1/3 c. butter
- 2/3 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/3 c. corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (3.5 oz.) pkg. microwave popcorn, popped
Directions

1In a large shallow baking dish, microwave butter on High until melted, about 1 1/2 minutes.

2Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup. Microwave on High until boils, about 3 minutes, stirring once. Microwave on High 3 to 4 minutes without stirring.

3Stir in soda and vanilla.

4Stir in popped popcorn.

5Microwave on 75% for approximately 6 minutes.

6Stir every 2 minutes to coat.

7Cool 100%.

8Break apart and store in tightly covered container.

9Makes about 2 quarts.
