  • 2 c. flaked, cooked fish (14 oz. can tuna or salmon)
  • 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 3/4 c. cooked or canned tomatoes
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onions
  • 1/4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and pack into greased loaf pan.

    Bake at 350° until firm (45 minutes).
