  • 1 c. popped popcorn
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. Karo syrup

Directions

    Boil butter, brown sugar and syrup 5 minutes; pour over popped corn in cake pan.

    Put in oven and cook 40 minutes at 225° until crunchy.
